I think the Tuneup utilities program does it.

If you truely want it clean get a DoD approved util to wipe the drive. I think the standard for considering it clean is doing this process 7 times.

If you need more specifics I've got a buddy that does forenzics for companies needing data recovered from media for court cases.

DoD is is basically an fdisk and full format 3 times.

DOD specs are overwriting all addressable locations with a character, it's complement and verify.

To truly clean the drive, you'll need to fill and format about 20 times.

lol i know a quick way of wipeing a drive dbug script, lol that should do it or just do a format [drive letter]: /u writes a 0 or 1 can't remeber but it writes on all the blocks. completely erases the drive, data recovery can't ever get it back. only problem is it takes a while but it will do it for you.
