Chalk Outlines
Do police investigators not do the "Chalk Outlines" at Crime Scenes anymore?

We usually mark the location of the head and feet if the body has to be moved quickly.
My brother and I used to draw outlines around each other at the entrance of stores when they were closed. Once we found a place that sold the "Police Line do not Cross" tape we had a ball. You should have seen the looks on peoples faces when they showed up for work in the morning.
Yep but its some sort of paint. There was a very bad accident on Hwy 75 a couple months ago and for a long time you could still see the body outlines in the far two left lanes heading South just past George Bush. Or it was a prank like stated above.
I'm in my 18th year and I've yet to see chalk.

Mix water, syrup and ketchup together (more ketchup and water than syrup) and pour it so its a tacky blood like substance when they show up...really freaks em out.I applaud that effort!

Long time ago, a former boss was a Godfather fanboy.
When he had his 50th birthday, we turned his parking space in the parking garage into a crime scene with Police tape. The parking space was right at the entrance for all the tenants, so everyone that worked in the building saw it and was freaking out calling the property management office.
They were PISSED.
It does sound like a pointless prank that'd be fun to do at the cost of a few bucks of materials
I dunno if it'd be classed as criminal mischef though in this day n age of pussification.
