Bunkie, La. (crawfish)
So our guy in S Louisiana got himself fired and they needed somebody to cover his run yesterday and today. I volunteered, figuring I'd get myself some good Cajun food while I was here.
If you find yourself in (or near) Bunkie Louisiana, be sure to go to Rocky's Tails and Shells. The crawfish etouffe is so damn good it'll make you slap your daddy down. And afterwards, have a cup of Melo Joy ('the original Cajun coffee).
