I have always heard the holley systemax was a good intake for blown applications.
thats what i had on my 302 TFS head combo with a S-trim. the mid range power was very nice on it.I have always heard the holley systemax was a good intake for blown applications.
I have seen some supercharged setups that benefited from a Spyder intake but I have also seen at least two that didn't seem to do as well as other intakes. My Trick Flow Track Heat intake did nicely when I had an s-trim with about 14lbs of boost. My buddy has a Performer RPM intake that did great with a blower.Any experiences with the spyder style intake?
TFS-R longer runnner intake , not bread box unless you are turning 7,500+ RPM.
A systemax, rpm II, or a tfs r. You wont have any bottom end with a elbow or bread box intake.Motor Stats: 306, forged pistions, ARP hardware
Heads: P/P TFS
Cam: FMS F
Power Adder: T-Trim
Motor is currently out of the car and may plan is to install blower and change intake from current (cobra) to a new set-up. Future plans are to go 347 route (depending on how long this motor stays together) so the intake will be more for future motor. I was thinking TFR R bread box or Victor Jr. Spyder Intake (carb intake for fuel inj use).
Any comments???
