Ok guys just getting back into the gym. So anyways im 5-7 and weigh about 168. basically i have a gut. So need to get into better shape. So what are some good healthy easy breakfast foods. Thats where i struggle the most. If i dont eat breakfast i feel dead for the day. my plan is to work out about 4 times a week for atleast an hour a day, and drop all sodas... Thanks Guys
