Okay, cool, so 102.4 should be okay as long as I get some sleep? No one is here, so I was just wondering.

Thanks,
Grant

after 103 your brain juices start boiling (not joking).
I had scarlet fever before and my temp. was about 108 for 2 hours, passed out and woke up a week later.

Ok, I'm not a physician, but I'm under the impression that 100.0 and up is high. Hell the average body temp is 98.6.
Get some vitamin C in ya, and get some sleep.

last year I had a high 103.xx temp. I was so sick I had to go to the ER. They were concerned about the temp. going any higher.

fluids is the key...

Gatorade, water, tang, chew ice cubes, something to keep you hydrated. 2 years ago I was in China doing some work and I had a fever reach a little over 104. I was seeing things and freakin delerious. I say see a doctor unless you fever breaks. You maybe should see one anyway.
