I think it's more having to do with the gym and the diet over your miracle products.

quiet with your legitimate claims!

Not what it's about man. Look at what they are, the ingredients, and so forth. It isn't a shake that fixes all. It is a lifestyle change that involves fundamental nutrition. The guy that heads Informed Choice is a staple on Advocare's board. His agency dictates what athletes can take, what is considered doping, and so on. Is diet and exercise crucial to a healthy lifestyle? Absolutely. But foods are mass produced and heavily engineered to be grown in all climates at all times of the year, something has to go and that is usually the nutritional benefit.

Do you take a multi-vitamin? Do you drink protein? (I'm not talking about sucking dick either, Nate:D) Pre and post workout drinks? Fat burners? Energy drinks? I've got well over 200 customers that buy from me and are seeing drastic changes in their life.

Matt, wanna lose some weight?:D

Yes she is lol. She is hooked on this whole beach body turbofire workout and shakeology. I'm just curious if it's worth investing in. Me being on the opposite end of everyone as I want to gain weight rather than lose it. I guess I should have mentioned that first. I'm thinking maybe this shake shit between meals might help pack on some pounds rather than replacing a meal

No multi, yes protein mix in my smoothie, no fat burners ( they don't work) and no energy drinks or coffee.

The protein I use is the cheap bulk bag from SAMs. I take fish and flax seed oil as well. Anything else?

There is no bag of magic pills that you can take or drink that will replace hard work and a dieting life style change.

Quit spreading BS Nate!!!
It's all about the magic pills!

I never said it did. Are you purposely being obtuse? There are supplements you can take that aid in progression.

Oh yeah I forgot, take 2 of these and put 50lbs of muscle on and add 100 lbs to your bench!!

If you put on 50lbs of muscle and only add 100lbs to your bench, you're doing it wrong.

advocare isn't magic pills.. never said they were, they just provide tools for a better more efficient lifestyle...sorry you can't understand the difference lol..
i dont think anyone in here is saying "magic pills" do wonders. nothing wrong w/ supplements to aid your diet/excercise.

quit being obtuse :)
Some people with subpar information on any supplement should keep their "knowledge" to themselves, otherwise their ignorace pours out in the form gigantic misinformation and misunderstanding as to how the supplement is truly intended to work.

I use advocare and I'm also well aware that I would have no changes to my physical appearance if it weren't for hard work, healthy diet, and consistency. With no exercise, I would still indeed have a better saturation of the necessary vitamins and minerals ones body needs in order to maintain. Combining the two... I get the best of both. Excellent physical health (well, compared to kim 6 months ago), Streamlined nutritional intake and I'm seeing the changes in my appearance almost daily thanks to ME, My diet, and My advocare :)
