I think i'm gonna give Red Hot and Blue a try for dinner. I'll hit you up if I can locate a group of rich, older, sexy, willing women. :006:

edit: Thanks Brent!

Your at Starbucks again?
Your at Starbucks again?
Haha.. I don't do Starbucks. I work 100 yards down the street from there.
Cadillac Ranch off of 114/MacArthur has an air conditioned "patio". It's mostly enclosed, but they open a bunch of giant windows when the weather is nice.

Flip's in Grapevine isn't too far from LC. I dig their patio.

It's too fucking hot to be on a real patio, though, unless you love to sweat while you're hanging out.

Tonight is going to be real nice outside for a change! 10pm, 80 degrees

80 is still too hot. :p

Maybe it's just me but I'd rather it be 5-10 degree's cooler at that point in the evening...but 80 is definitely better then 95 it has been.

Have you eaten there yet?

10.2.4 Ribs are like heaven. I haven't had a bad meal yet. The fajitas are pretty good, brisket tacos are good, and venison chili is about the best deer chili I've ever had. And they're not all that pricey given the portions, and quality of food. Patio kicks ass when they've got a band playing. And they get some pretty big names through there, too.

Brien, Red Hot and Blue really isn't great. It's mediocre, at best. If you want ribs, fuck Red Hot and Blue. Go to Cadillac. You won't be disappointed.

I'm drooling over their Dublin Dr Pepper BBQ sauce right now. I think I might have to hit them up for lunch.

Oh, and another important thing to know about Cadillac, is that they are closed on Sundays. They do have half priced bottled wine on Sat nights though, so that somewhat makes up for it.

Our team at work ate there last Friday.

I told everyone that the ribs were supposed to be good, but everyone ordered either the fried chicken or burgers.

I don't eat ribs. I prefer food that is void of all inedible body parts by the time it hits my plate.

I had some 1015 Onion Rings, which were good, the Blue Cheese Wedge salad, which was fantastic, and the Smokehouse Cheeseburger, which I will not order again. The Dublin Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce was killer, but the burger was medium-rare (wtf?), and the fries were wimpy and boring. The service was terrible. At more than one point, everyone at the table had an empty glass in front of them for several minutes. I asked for no carrots on my salad, but it came with carrots. It was still good.

I probably wouldn't eat there again, but I have enjoyed a happy hour there, and will do so again.
The service was terrible.

The guy that owns it also owns Twin Peaks. He's got a great concept with CR, but needs to work on service. That's not something he has ever had to worry about at Twin Peaks.

Did the wait staff not ask how you wanted the burger cooked? I've had the standard cheeseburger a few times, and they've always asked me? In fact, I usually will change my order immediately if a waiter doesn't ask how I want it cooked when I order. That's usually a bad sign. lol.

I was just aiming for a burger before going out, I may give this place a shot though. It would be a toss up between the fajitas or the chili. :scratchchin:
