I have a 04 GT coupe 45k miles, Automatic with pulleys CAI 75mm TB O/R H pipe and flows with a hypertech programmer
I ran a 9.38 at 76 mph with a 2.1 60ft
(that was with the stock H pipe and converters)

its WAY to slow to get if you want something fast..

I might put 4.10 in soon myself
No i got the SS for something fast this is just a daily
my g/f Gt is full bolt on's 410's and automatic no problems car has 109k miles
I have a '00 GT auto w/bolt ons, exhaust, tune, aluminum driveshaft, & 4.30 gears. No trans problems other than experiencing torque converter stutter a couple of times. The fix is to simply change the trans oil and then find a way to lower operating temps to keep the oil from breaking down so rapidly. Therefore, I installed a B&M SuperCooler auxiliary trans cooler to address this issue. Dropped my trans temps by about 30-40 degrees in most situations.

I've hammered on it at the track for almost 9 years. The 4R70W is a solid transmission. However, it's got a very tight 11.25" converter that weighs a ton. Easy fix by throwing some cash at a new converter.

what does your car run?
I've got an 04 Vert with 61K. I had most of your basic bolt-ons ie: CAI, pullies, o/r-xpipe, flows, 3.73's, 75mm tb & o/s plenum with a tune from AM on my SCT Xcal 3 I got. Ran great, no issues, this past december I put on a vortech v3 s/c, runs ALOT better :D

Making as much power as a full exhaust LS1 now?

LOL, probably.

Pretty sad, huh? But hell I'm looking at getting another slow car in a 98 cobra. But I have seen alot of fast N/A cobra's running in the mid 11's.
If all you're going to do is drag race, the auto is fine IMO. I've got 4.10s, trans cooler and a P1-SC with a TFT gauge on my '03. That SOB is constantly pegged when beating it. Soooo, drag racing no problem, autox you'll do okay with but I would not even consider doing the standard road courses where that TFT will be maxed out for 30 minutes at a time.

Best time is [email protected] with stock converter.

nah, just a daily... might take it out to the track every once in a while, but thats it
I enjoy mine. 3.73's, cai, xcal3, magnaflow, pypes x, plenum and throttle body makes a nice DD.

Also ran a 13.69 @ 102
