geoffc Tho a hot shower is soothing and relaxing, it's not as good for your muscles as an ice cold bath.

Water has always made the biggest difference to me. When I'm taking in a couple gallons a day, soreness is minimal.

SuperWho? Sometimes soreness can be cut out by upping your protein. But do yourself a favor and try to find some Traumeel, It cost about 13 bucks, and I haven't found anything that works on DOMS like it does.

Soreness....

So I have been humping it in the weight room recently trying to get ready for the season coming up in a few weeks. I am sore as shit all over and I have to pitch to live batters tomorrow. I have eaten fresh pineapple, taken a hot shower, and taken my perscription NSAID (indomethacin). Is there anything else I can do to reduce the soreness that I haven't covered? Thanks for any advice in advance.

Steven
