Da Prez ive lost 40lbs in a couple of months, and i do cardio daily, and eat better... its not too hard, just have to have the self control to stay away from the fatty foods...

Big A I'd suggest starting at 2200-2400 calories, and see how you do after a couple weeks.

331coupe simple. cardio, and intake only the amount of calories that your body will use in one day. nothing else to it.

I Need Help Losing Weight!!!!

well in the last year i gave some weight i wanna go on a diet plan something like eating only grill chicken green beans only or something like thats.i know there is some muscule guys out there that trane hard let me know if you can help my fat ass loose some freakin weight...thanks
