My routine is cooking 2 chicken breasts w/ italian seasoning in the morning and usually having pasta or stovetop stuffing added in with it. I usually add in italian sausage or some other meat too. Depending on how long my day is (Thursdays I get to the university at 7am and don't leave until ~10pm) I may cook more.
I don't dare cook more than a days worth of food because I know I would end up eating it all in one day.

|Todd||I was carrying cans of tuna and whole wheat bread around with me, but I got really burned out on it so I been just packing a couple of protein shakes and hitting whatever I can find for lunch which is bad!|

|cool cat||Black eyed peas, rice and pace picante make a good quick meal, plus there is a decent amount of protein in black eyed peas.|

|5111||I usually buy a big bag of chicken breast at Wal-Mart and grill it all at once. Then I have eat if for lunch all week.|

|Cammin4V||i used to cook chicken on the foreman grill, but i slowed down on that one. Also got some 10 minute rice, its quick and easy.|

Prepping food and meals on the run
Anyone prep lots of food at a time and stick it in the fridge?? Im tryin to get back into working out and now that Im not in school (for the semester) I can cook in the morning and afternoon and eat when I get to work. Im just sick of waiting on cookin a couple chicken breasts everyday for lunch. Anyone cook a bunch at a time and put it in the fridge to reheat it? Fish, same thing?
Any other meal suggestions that are quick?
