As for as powders, IMHO Myoplex Deluxe is the best, the stuff actually tastes good, and no upset stomach.
For bars, Lean Body by Labrada is pretty good, tastes alright, but maybe a little to much saturated fat.

new formula EAS stacked with designer whey
I take the eas after my workout and before dinner and the designer whey in the morning and one other time during the day. It working great for me.

|Big A||There are quite a few out there, just head to your local supplement store and pick a couple to try. They usually sell them in big containers or in boxes of packets that they also sell as singles. Pick one you like and buy in quanttity to get the better price.|

Good meal supplements?
I'm going to try to start eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones (and snacking in between). My problem is, I work 2 jobs and go to school so I don't have time to cook or bring a lot of food with me, since there isn't a place to store it most of the time.
What are some good meal supplement drinks that will give me all the protein/vitamins I need? Also, is there anything else you could suggest that would help get this this started?
