I cant take a lot of credit though, it is mostly from good genes and the fact that I am only 23 years old. I do want to get after it and get to my goal weight as early as possible, I guess it gets harder the longer you wait/older you get.
I wish I was proportional to myself and 6'4" too. I would be one heck of a shooting guard

Stretch - man, I am all about that type of exercise!!! We WILL race, if not the 30 th as scheduled then soon after - If we dont' get to on the 30th you'll have my spot and I'll be coming to get it back.
Billz - Man, if I had the bulk there already I'd be cardioing my ass off to show it but all I got is skin and bones and a little layer right now. I have gained 3 lbs though!!!!! Checked yesterday and today - up to 173 from 169 - 170. Woohoo!

I am 5' 6" and ~150 lb right now with ~7% to 8% BF. As far a strength I bench about 215 - 220 max (hey what do you expect I only weigh 150lb).
My goal is 160 lb - 170 lb and get my BF % back to around 5 - 6, I would like to bench around 275 - 280. For me the low BF% is easier but adding the last 5 - 10 lb's is a little more difficult. I think what Forrest is saying is going to be the key, eating enough and getting sleep. Right now I am struggling to have enough time to get my workouts in too, so that does not help at all.

Right now I am 6ft and about 225 (prolly closer to 230)
I would like to get down to around 205.
I was doing OK when I was down in Houston but have just been really bad since moving back up here (and enjoying homecooking a little too much). Once I move into my own place at the beginning of the year, I will get more settled into a regemine I can follow, as well as EAT BETTER.

Im 5'11 @ 245lbs w/ about a 16-18% BF. My goal is to get up to about 265lbs @ the same BF, for the winter and come Spring hit a major diet and get back down to 225-230 @ 8-10% BF.
I started this fall @ about 225 w/ 12% BF
O-And I want to bench press 4 plates for a SRM (single rep max)by this Christmas and squat 5 plates for 10 reps!!

i'm 5'10" and weight about 172 with about 11-12% body fat. i'd like to get up to about 180 and have about 7-8% body fat.

|XL||I have always been skinny, very skinny. I got tired of people telling me I looked like the kid from Road Trip (DJ Qualls). Not like I cared what people thought, but I figured I might as well get stronger and try to gain some weight, plus it gets really old after a year of it. I started out in the high 120's in the summer, and I have already gained about ten lbs. just by eating a little more, healthier, and by working out. Since I had sucess with just that, I bumped it up a little and my parents (I'm only 17) will help me out with the eating healthier part by getting some better food. My goal is to be at least 150 (a little above the normal weight for my age and height) and I would like to be closer to 160. Also, hopefully my body fat will stay relatively low like it has, so it can stay trim. I'm not sure what my % is though.|

160 5ft3in 8.8% body fat.
my goal by summer is 170 6% with a bench of 405.my best current is 365 and injuered shoulder.
todd- if we dont get to race maybe we can go to the gym and have some kind of competition. my best exercise is watching all the women! hehe!

|92special||I don't have issues with my weight, but I would like to get back some of my muscle tone and definition that I use to have. My endurance level is nothing compared to what it use to be, so I have been working hard on that.|

|Billzabub||one word for ya - Diet... the only way to achieve that level of definition is to weed out all the junkfood, drink lots of water, and supplement your workouts with a high-intensity cardio regimen|

digging that guy- that is what I like- not too huge- hate guys with the veins popping out- that is just gross....but like the muscle and definition...
my goal is to lose 5-10 pounds.....gained a little back since i lost 25 last year. Gain more muscle tone and definition- especially in my legs......probably my weakest. I like my arms, but would like more definition.......wouldn't mind being built similar to madonna, not too thin, but with some muscle.

I'm 5'10', 200lbs and at about 13% bodyfat. My overall goal is to get down to 8% for this summer and then pack on the pounds for the next couple of winters til I hit 220 at 8%.

I think in the pic I posted that guy is probably 220 plus. That means I got a long road of gaining like 50 lbs of lean muscle. Gonna take a long time there!
I probably need to get me some shorter term goals set up so I don't get too discouraged on my journey

I'm currently 6', 192 and want to get up to about 200 and leaner, like the guy on the mag.
I'm not wanting a body builder look, more of an athletic look.

My goals right now are to cut down my BF% and get cut but at the same time I'm wanting to build muscle. I can't really say I want to look like those guys on the magazines because they have no hair on them, I'm a friggin' Yeti when it comes to my hairy chest, luckily no back hair (still don't have a problem showing it off at the pool).
Weight goals right now are more short term. I'm doing close to 13 different upper body exercise machines so I can't really list all of my goals either. A major goal though is to go through my whole work out, most of the machines 3 set of 12 reps a few of them I'm going for 3x8, and then after finishing all of that being able to do 3x8 of 35 lbs. dumbbell curls. Once I can do that (I'm getting pretty close) then I know it's time to bump up my goals again and start all over.
There are a few exercises that I do a seven day master sheet ( 5 sets, 1 day starts with 10 reps at low Max. percentages and works up each day higher percentage lower reps until max day7)

Post up your goals
Not sure what the weight and all that would be but looking like this would do for me, or the way most of the guys on the cover of this mag looks. Not looking to be a competative builder or anything - I'm sure achieving this will be hard enough.
