Driveway

I am looking to buy a couple of loads of gravel for my driveway. A guy at work told me to buy crushed concrete instead of white rock..... I would like to look at price differences between the two. Can anyone recommend a company they have used that has decent prices? I am NOT using the company in Greenville....

I may do that next year, I just really don't want to spend the money on that right now.

This man speaks the truth, we had about 8,000 sqft of asphalt done at work and I couldn't believe how much that stuff was.

get on craigslist, seriously.

Type recycled asphalt or RAP. I got my whole driveway done quick and cheap. It also make a good base for future paving.

Its alot cheaper than you think. Looks better than gravel too.

One day at a time.

Big City in Lewisville will probably be the cheapest on crushed concrete. That's who we use at work.

good call, flex base (crushed concrete) gets really dusty. and will break down over time. thats why they use oil on the country roads is to keep the dust down.

If you are looking for a cost effective solution, crushed concrete is much more cheaper than gravel. Also, if you are looking to install a new concrete driveway, crushed concrete can give much more smoother finish and it is durable as well.
