Aaron Lewis at the Palladium this weekend

Anyone else going to see Aaron Lewis saturday night? It's his acoustical show. Some people dig it, others don't. I expect haters as usual to come in here and say he sucks but I'm looking forward to it. lol.

It's at the Palladium and I've never been to that venue before. Any advice? Doesn't look like it's in the greatest area, just wondering if there was anything I needed to know about that venue since I've never been there before.

Only been once and thought it was the worst venue I'd ever been to.

Two reasons: A/C quit working before the show started and it was the middle of summer with the place packed way beyond their occupation license would even think of allowing and to top that bullshit off, they shut the fucking bar down before he went on, though I think that was by Mr. Waits' request. Also, I remember the sound not being very good. Either way, I wouldn't go back.

The show was awesome last night. Lewis is quite the character and very cool. The highlight of the evening for me wasn't any of his big known hits, but his song "Country Boy". Badass fucking song!

Here it is from another show. If you have country roots, you will love this song.

I saw him do an acoustical set in Seattle in 2004. It was a badass show. I came away very impressed.
