Original Vanishing Point or the made-for-TV remake?

You goddamn Yankee.

Of course, I only have the remake; I didn't realize it was made-for-TV until I watched it from the beginning. The original has no plot really and isn't a good movie as far as movies go but has some awesome cars and scenery and scenes; the remake has a plot and decent acting and still isn't a good movie but has some awesome cars and scenery and scenes. They're both worth picking up if you like that kind of stuff, IMO.

Smokey and the Bandit, any of the Rambo/Indiana Jones/Rocky movies, The Godfather, etc.

Both versions are worth getting.

The original has a good soundtrack and the car is really secondary to the trip. It's neat seeing a '70 Challenger get ripped up when it was new, fun, and easily replaceable.

The second has more car-related stuff but the change in storyline from the first was lame (went from a drug runner to wanting to see his family). However, the '68 Charger with the "It Takes a Hemi to Catch a Hemi" bumper sticker really did it for me when I saw it air on TV originally.
