Go Speed Racer

Took my son to see it tonight. I went into it thinking I was going to hate it, but I figured my 5 year old would like all the CGI and pretty colors. Gotta say, it wasn't that bad....I would even say it was pretty good if you take it for what it is.

that is what I was thinking going into it, but I was entertained......more so than most of the other crap that gets put out on the big screen....but, if I didn't take my son, no I wouldn't have gone to see it.

After seeing the previews I'd like to see it, it looks pretty damn good. When I first heard they were making it (about a year ago) I thought, "Oh god, they are going to fuck up another old kid's cartoon show"

Gotta agree with Big Studly. It was much better than I was expecting and my kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hell yeah! Glad to hear it has some redeeming qualities. I really wanted it to be good, but based on the trailers, I was a little scared.
