Slightly Stoopid - Closer to the Sun

The Doors - The End

A lot of stuff from by Massive Attack

Team Sleep - pretty much their entire first album

Aphex Twin or Rob the Viking are also good for me if I want to zone out while doing something (mostly instrumental stuff)

Oh, and the Garden State soundtrack is nice and calm.
