Next: Nick Cage
Saw this movie last night, and it was bad ass. Wasn't even on my radar, especially since there's other good movies out about now (Spidey 3, Shrek 3, Pirates 3), but my dad wanted to see Next, and I'm really glad he did.
Really good story, and if you can believe it, a story about time that wasn't confusing. I think one could classify this movie as a good super hero story that never had a comic book. Every-man kind of guy with no aspirations other than to live a normal life, but the powers that be won't leave him alone because of his gift to see 2 minutes into the future. Without super strength or anything like that, he's still very hard to kill because he can see every move that's going to be made, and can react to it before it happens.
Julianne Moore played a good "does what she's got to do" good/bad FBI agent (damn she's lookin' a little old these days though).
Then of course you have Jessica Beil. Sooooo hot... want to touch the hiney.
Like I said, there's a bunch of good movies out right now, so even if you wait for DVD release, this movie is worth the watch.
