They're no Q102, and they're owned by Clearchannel, so they can't be that great, but there's certainly worse out there.

I like them better then the Bone. I miss KEGL but don't miss Russ on there.
Cindy,Bo and Jim all are good.

but the commercial's they edit in Bo saying " Now That's Funny" is annoying.

it's kinda wierd to think about how long kzps has been around playing rock. it was current stuff back in the day and now it's old, but they never changed format for like 30 years! and jon dilon's been there the whole time.

I listen to kzps some of the time but IMO their format is old and wearing kind of thin these days. I look for them to be snatched up at some point and converted into a country or hip hop station. The bone is a little better but they seem to have slipped into being comfortable and kind of doing the same thing over and over; the attitude has gone away.

Really, radio is quite bland and boring these days thanks to the mega-corps that own all of the stations.

I hate that station just because they play Zepplin or Van Halen every other song, and they're run by Clear Channel.

We either have to listen to that at work, or The Wolf, and both are the freakin same in how they play the same shit over and over.

I'd rather listen to Jack FM at work, since they play random stuff and some of everything. Pretty much the same as BobFM down in Austin.

Its so weird that this thread is here. Unless someone knows something I don't.

I just heard on Jagger, that KZPS is firing everybody right & left. And they're probably about to change formats.

Pretty much the only "radio" I listen too anymore is Octane on Sirius

Why do they call it "Common Sense" when it is so rare?

Thats fucked up about 92.5 if they really are gonna get rid of it. They have outlasted almost all of North Texas radio stations. I like them and 98.7.

Thumbs down

I liked 92.5 right up until this morning when they started playing COUNTRY...(at least my alarm clock radio which was set on 92.5 was...and, as usual, I "smashed" the snooze button - only this time I used a fist...

Damn Clearchannel Don't we have enough established country stations in D/FW??? (which is why I have presets for them...seems here lately, there are too many wussies in program director chairs with corporate strings attached directly to advertising execs - nobody has BALLS anymore!)

And yes...I miss the old 92.5, 93.3, 94.5 (when it was the Edge), 97.1, 99.1, and the almighty Q102 days...

I can't listen to the radio anymore... commercials make me want to kill...

the work van doesn't even have a CD player in it, so I just ride in silence most of the time for a few months, I would listen to the radio, but one day I was listening to some stupid ass commercial and I just snapped

the cool thing is there are not really any commericals.
this is the first station anywhere to try this. a client buys and hour and the dj just mentions... this our brought to you by whoever..
another huge thing is that willie is voiceing the station... along with chris ryan lol.

i'm not a fan of country music, but i can listen to this. i keep having to pickup my guitar and learn these licks i've never heard before.

I loved the old 92.5, but I gotta be honest, I am loving this new format. I have been listening to some badass old country that have been missing. Sucks that my dj's are gone, but I welcome the new music. Was getting tired of the same old Rush, Zepellin, Ozzy, Clapton line up.
