The Spazmatics - Bellbottoms 4/6/07 10pm

Anyone else here ever seen them in concert? They are hilarious, yet rock at the same time...

Think of DEVO playing pop, rap, and misc. thrown in for good measure...

I agree...I've always seen them when they play outside of 8.0s in downtown Fort Worth...

Call in sick! Or, tell your boss you're suddenly religious and need tonight off "for worship" purposes...

I've seen them 3 or 4 times in austin and college station. If they didn't play the same set every night I'd go see them again.

I liked them until I noticed they don't *actually* play the their instruments. Then I found out that The Spazmatics are a corporation, consisting of 4 or 5 "Spazmatics" bands. For some reason I just don't dig 'em anymore..

Yeah...I was watching bassist clap his hands as the bass line kept playing! It was hilarious.

I think it was the Austin version of the conglomerate I saw. The show was an hour north of there.
