My new EDC

I didn't want to, but I traded my XD for something more nimble. The XD was just a little too heavy and chunky for me to carry comfortably. My PPS fits like a glove! I cant wait to see how she shoots. Tonight i'm going to be ordering a new comp-tac holster. I got a really good deal on it too. I traded my XD and $150 for it new. I cant wait to see how she shoots.

I like that a lot but I will never part with my XD. Enjoy!

Got it from Texas Firearm Supply. They're in Flowermound. I think they only had a table or two.

Can't remember but is the PPS a 9mm only or do they offer it in .40 S&W yet? Love the gun and the size, don't know if I could get used to the mag release though (it's still on the trigger guard and you have to pull the handle thing down right?).

It comes in 9mm or .40 flavors. Yeah, it has that odd trigger guard lever mag release which I like a lot. But it's hard to untrain your fingers from searching for the conventional push button release.

Which one did you get? 9mm or .40 S&W? I'd love to see how it handles being a single column compact gun, but I can't get over the mag release. From what I remember, it's a European thing. Just not my style

I got it in 9mm. I'm hoping to have a minute free this weekend so I can finally shoot it. Ordered my holster from comp-tac yesterday. I'm still searching around for the best price on extra mags. Cus they aint cheap.

The Spartan. I had one for my XD and loved it. Very comfortable and adjustable. I dont know why people spend more money and get the MTAC. It's looks more 'finished', but since it's in your pants, you'll never get to appreciate it anyways. I dont mind seeing the backs of the fasteners.

Never heard of the Spartan till just now. I've owned a bunch of Comp-Tac holsters and my last 3 were the CTAC's which I really like. Great customer service and pretty fast shipping (from Houston if you didn't know).
