lol. this ruling is one for the books! does this mean that all bans, ie. DC and New York, will have to be lifted. i havent had a chance to follow up on it, i only heard about it on the radio today.
The DC Ban was already lifted, or the groundwork laid, in DC v Heller IIRC.
The Supreme Court did not specifically lift any ban, that will be left to lower courts. Most likley the bans will be lifted and strict laws regarding education, registration ect will be put into place.
