One of the ugliest revolvers EVAR!

http://www.chiappafirearms.com/product/55

The new Chiappa Rhino has revolutionized the revolver with a patented design that tames the prehistoric characteristic that most revolvers possess. For starters, the appearance is like no other revolver you have ever seen. Typically a revolver fires from the top most chamber which is aligned with the barrel. The new Chiappa Rhino barrel is aligned with the bottom most chamber which is the key component to Rhino’s tame characteristics. Due to the lower position of the barrel, the Rhino’s appearance is abstract from any other revolver design.

I wonder how the bottom cylinder firing gun works with hand ergonomics. Since the barrel is lower, I wonder if it is actually steadier and more accurate than the top cylinder firing handguns.

that is just plain ugly

Never wrap it up, never pull out. Just grind up the morning after pill in her scrambled eggs at sunrise, she'll appreciate that you made her breakfast.

Placing the bore centerline lower will reduce recoil by placing recoil energy closer to the centerline of the wrist, and make follow up shots much faster. I would like to shoot one just to see how much better it is. It might be time for a T&E sample.

I am in the market now for a new revolver (probably won't buy for a couple of months), and was trying to find pricing. The only thing I can see is that it is supposedly priced high - but past that nothing.

Anyone able to see a price anywhere?

That thing is super ugly. The manufactures site list TONS of dealers for the gun but I contacted just about every one of the USA dealers and none of them could give me a price on the revolver. If it is cheap I may buy one just to try it.

On a side note one of the overseas dealers has suppressors on their site and they told me that they ship them to the USA on a regular basis without paper work; they just list them as sample machine parts on the customs forms. To them a suppressor is not a big deal. It would be like one of us sending someone some used brass or a new barrel. We wouldn't give it a second thought.

You would not be allowed to own an imported suppressor under any circumstances.

you probably need to push that key word....of course the company that operates 100% out of the USA is willing to violate a US law with a customer who knows no better.

True, but if I was at a range and someone had one then I would do the awkard "I want to shoot that" implying stare and hope for the best.

So many grip options to choose from! Note: The chicks tiny little hands. Wait until any of us guys try to wrap our dickbeaters around the gun, we might get burned from escaping gasses!
