matt, you can bump those up to 500fps. just think, it sure would be a fun non-lethal way to disperse an unruly crowd.

hell, come to think of it, clark griswald took over a whole amusement park with just a bb pistol.

Haha. A shitty single-shot-pump daisy bb/dart pistol. I had one of those as a kid and they won't break skin at point blank range, lol!

i dont think yall realize how big of a "sport" this has become... They actually hold missions all around the US and have some big money payouts for the larger ones...a buddy of mine is a commander of a squad and is actually at a "mission" now. The scenario is " Normandy" they are actually being brought in on boats and everything...

I can't promise I wouldn't slap the person that asked me for a $620 airsoft gun, blood relative, or otherwise.

Give me a dollar.

This may be the same model I saw on the news the other night. There is a AR style airsoft gun that was being imported from taiwan I believe that was a perfect copy of a AR lower reciever minus one hole. The ATF has stopped imports I think due to this. They said all you had to do was drill out one hole and bolt up a complete upper and have a fully functional non registered AR. They said the lower wouldnt take many rounds before it would break though.

Well, hell, now that I can convert one into the real thing, it's just reflecting the price for that.

Felons, illegal immigrants and all others banned from buying a gun in the United States have a new alternative if they’re looking to get their hands on a firearm: Just buy a toy.

A FoxNews.com investigation reveals that a popular recreational pellet gun can be converted easily to a real semi-automatic weapon. And while the federal Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is already aware of the issue, these “toys” -- new, top-of-the-line airsoft rifles -- continue to be sold throughout the country.
