Ruger LCP or other pocket pistol?

Currently carry a Sig P239 chambered in .357 but I'm looking to add a "pocket pistol" to the equation. The reviews seem to be a little mixed on the LCP and it appears they're quite a few hear that own one so I thought I would check in and see what the general consensus is on them. I would like to also hear some other suggestions of what you guys think fall into the pocket pistol category.

Are the LCP's holding up ok to some of the "hotter" loads?

Will be purchasing next weekend when we head up to Tulsa for the show.

i like my lcp.. i added a rubber grip sleeve for a better grip and it works great, very accurate for something so small and cheap. i could have passed my CHL course with it easily.

For it's size it's accurate. But then again it's purpose is for self defense so I doubt you'll really be shooting anyone more than 15 feet away from you anyway. It's not for winning a shooting competition I'll tell you that but it is very compact and it will get the job done.

I've been debating getting an LCP or a Sig P238. The sig is twice the cost of the LCP, but its a nice little shooter. Looks like a mini-1911.

Kahr PM9 is the best "pocket" pistol out there, if you want something a little smaller and cheaper go with the new Taurus TCP
