New rifle

Took the new rifle (Mosin Nagant) with me hunting at the white buffalo ranch in Abilene. Thing shoots awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! First time shooting it at 200yds it was dead on. Shot the famous white buffalo ( 1" steel life size buffalo) at 680 yds with open sights. Hit it maybe 4 out of 20 shots but pretty good i thought for a ww1 rifle with open sights and a 20-30 mph wind. Fun rifle to shoot though for a $100 bucks. Confirmed 138 hogs on the ground between my Mosin Nagant, Savage 7mm mag, and the S&W AR-15. Awesome hunt!!!!!!!

Bolded above for reference. I'm sure you can hear the clang from a 1" thick steel plate.

I'm not so sure, with 30mph winds at 680 yards.

Damned good shooting none-the-less. Congrats.

HA HA yeah my buddy was looking through his scope and the buffalo is painted in white you can see the white puff come off it when you hit it. You can hear it hit on a non windy day but not that day.
