It's a new law that passed about a year or more ago over an incident where two drivers got into it and one threw a cup of ice through an open window into the other car. Not sure what class of offense it is, but the person had to do jail time.
So basically a "missile" can be defined as most anything that is propelled from one person caused to do harm to another.

How do you fire that many times and miss?

Read an updated segment. Guy in the Jag did not fire until the dump truck had rammed and pinned the jag up against a retaining wall. The jag driver got out and started firing and the truck took off. Not sure what I would have done if my 2 year old kid was in my car and that happened. I might have thought the truck was trying to kill me and child. I know most cops do not take kindly to a vehicle moving toward them. They charged them both with attempted murder. Guy in the jag should have dropped all rage at first contact with the truck though.

Agreed. In this instance he was endangering his kid driving aggressively therefore there was no self-defense in this instance. Just as guilty for being dumb as the other driver.
Any link?

And this.

Driver instigated this just as much as the dump truck. If there's an idiot on the highway, get off, slow down, or speed away. Don't be an idiot with the idiot.

Don't seen anywhere in the article the guy had a CCW, either.

Should've just called the authorities and let them handle the dump truck driver. He upped the ante NOT in his favor.

Neither do I, but the radio reports I've heard state he is/was (won't be no more!).

So, tell me Matt, what do I get if I actually fire a LAW rocket launcher at a car?

Shooting a missile into an occupied vehicle? Same as throwing a slurpee?

You get 500 XP, or your next level, whichever is closer.

My name's Matt too
