It's best to upload in the H.264 format.... Sometimes Youtube can take hours upon hours to process though.

Not sure on that one. Wish I had IMovie as all the PC video editors I have tried suck...

I'm just not willing to drop the coin on a mac.

Well right now my new i7 machine is pissing me off(2 western digital black failures) so maybe I should have spent that 1400 on a mac.

At 0:25 you can see the gun twist to the left. Her left hand is not doing any good under the right hand. She needs to neutralize her grip on the pistol, which will help minimize the left twist. Another cause of pushing to the left is using too much finger on the trigger. I use the middle of the pad between the tip of my finger and the closest knuckle.

Another issue is she seems to be anticipating the shot. You can see this at various times with the pistol as she starts to force the muzzle down before the round is fired. I've found that the best way to fix this is to use dummy rounds randomly inserted into the magazine. This not only helps with hesitation, but also forces one to practice clearing a misfire.

Here is a decent video to show you what I mean with the grip.

Here is another one that might be a little more clear.

Congrats on getting her shooting! I think every woman should carry in public.

HOOCB, thanks for the input, that was about the fourth time to shoot in her life, she is making progress. She does still anticipate wayyyy to much, I am going to have some trigger work done to hers i think. The stock Taurus trigger is crazy, it literally has about an 1/2 inch of pull before you start engaging. SO everytime she is still hesitant then jerks it back....

Yeah, heavy trigger pulls don't help much either. I had to put a lighter connector in my Glocks to help with my anticipation.

Good link, HOOCBB. I was about to call out the TJ Hooker grip, too.

zach, get some snap caps and randomly put them in the magazine she shoots. It'll show her how much she's anticipating the recoil (she'll jerk when nothing happens on the dummy round).
