I finally am a Springfield Owner

Saw this posted on TGT yesterday afternoon and met him within an hour. Springfield XD9. Paid $300 cash and came with 1 mag and a very nice padded softcase...

I miss having a 9mm, I had a nice S&W 915 that I sold a while back with all my other firearms to buy my new car, but the itch has been growing and at that price, I couldn't pass it up. Has a good amount of barrel wear but it shoots straight and true.

Anyone else own one of these? I know they make really top notch guns, hows the quality with yours?

Yeah at the price he was asking I was convinced it was a scam. Well it wasn't and I jumped on the opportunity.

I put 12,000 rounds through mine in its first year. It's built solid.

My wife has one of those as her main carry piece, and it's a rock solid little gun. We also just got a mil-spec 1911, and couldn't be happier with it too. Springfield makes some great guns.

Great deal!!! I just traded off my G22 for an XD40 sub with all accessories. Haven't got to testfire it yet but hopefully soon.

Congrats!

Where's that one thread where the guy threw his in the dirt, covered with dirt, then fired two magazines flawlessly?
