Shotgun Flashlight...etc (Rem 870)

So, I have a Remington 870 (tactical) and have been shopping for a flashlight for it. Flashlight will be used mainly in the woods, but also wanted it for home defense.

I know the best of the best is probably the surefire option where it is all built into the pump action..etc.

However, I'm looking for a simpler option. I saw this and wanted to see if anyone has used it...

I don't need the laser obviously, but in general it is the same price as some other simple combos I've been looking at.

Take care

That looks like a helluva lot of weight to put on the muzzle.

I've been considering this for my 870:

At that price you'd prefer it over the surefire one?

I have the "original" 870 light, and someday I'll post a pic.

You guys will DIE laughing.

Will these fit on a regular 870 Express? I have made mine a sporting/tactical, but it lacks the extended mag tube.

Some are designed to attach to the barrel. Can't hurt to get the extended mag though.

For what your looking at, surefire is the way to go. Threw one on my mos and didn't have a bit of buyers remorse.

I cant. With the regular Remi 870 it has a nipple at the end of the magazine. Shells cant go beyond that nipple unless you file it down, and Im not going to do that for 2 extra.
