Rodeo usually sucks. Big town is better

Sorry for the late reply.. I did go, and it wasn't bad. Not too crowded, but nothing really in terms of "great deals" happening. Went to get some new nights-sites for my Glock, and the prices were "gun store prices" (e.g. better off ordering over the Internet).

I was wondering about the deals. looking for a XD40 subcompact or a glock 27 and I see them all the time on here and other boards for decent deals so I'll wait it out. I also need to get a good conceal holster (got my license in finally and got a little excited!)

I generally don't go to gunshows anymore. The 7-8 dollar entry fee PLUS they almost always charge what you can go out to a gunstore to purchase items.

Now if you are looking for something used or a particular type of gun, they aren't bad to go to.

Yep, "gunshow prices" are a thing of the past since mid '90s
Only real reason to go is the selection and to sell/trade
