Fs2000 or save for a SCAR?

Will be used for our local 3 gun match.... Just looking for something different. I've never shot either... And no one around here has a SCAR in stock to look at so I can't decided... Thanks. -Shawn.

I wouldnt get the scar until they release the 308 version to the public. Also... the stock looks like a boot. Look at a picture of it. Once you see it, it can not be unseen. Now every time I look at a scar my eyes immediately fixate on the damn boot-stock.

The fs2000 looks neat, and the factory 1.6x optic is actually pretty clear and present to look through. I say it would do everything the scar can do... and FN has that rebate right now. The trigger just has the typical bullpup slop though.

Might want to wait and see how the ACR is received. Also look at the kel tec RFB if you want a neat bullpup rifle.

I've shot the FS and wasn't impressed, it just feels bulky and like many bull-pup designs it has a crappy trigger pull. It does site quickly and the balance is nice. That said I do like the Steyr AUG style rifles and have flirted with picking up an MSAR E4 after handling one. Something about those rifles just make me happy, and I liked the feel of them much more than the FS.

BTW the new Kel-Tec RFB seems badass, if they would ever ramp up production that would be a fun toy. .308 bull-pup with a 20" barrel, and kel-tec supposedly put in a really nice trigger system with a light pull.
