Boar Buster!

I got this boar last week while out at the lease. He was about 275-300lbs. This was the one that kept coming to the feeder at night. He was coming in toward me from a 100 yards eating the trail of corn. I shot him at 52 yards and dropped him with the .308 at 9:30pm.

Very nice! I like your 4 wheeler too.

I hope to get me one of those this week. I am not sure there are any that big out where we hunt though. I am a newb at hunting.

I just got a Remington 700 SPS Tactical, might not be the ideal hunting rifle, but I am excited to see what the .308 will do to a few hogs.

awesome, you been wanting to get him for awhile, any luck deer hunting?
I got this guy at caddo, he kinda "ground shrank" on me, but he'll eat good, along with the deer we got in San Saba. The pigs have dissapeared at our place? let me know when you are going again, we still need to meet up for lunch or dinner in breckenridge.

Thanx, I had not luck deer hunting the big one. It was a bit on the warm side like dove season. Just saw several young 4 pters... thinkin' they were doing something on a "mock" scrape I made near one of the feeders.
