If you want .22LR, don't buy online. Cheapest place is Wal-Mart, 550 round bulk pack for $13.99

Also check www.sportsmansguide.com

If you want, I could stop by and pick up 4 boxes if you cover the cost + tax and ground shipping to you.

That would be around $61 plus shipping (and the cost of the packaging) for 2,200 rounds of .22 LR.

There is a lot of ammo at walmart that you simply can not beat. Even when you buy in large bulk walmart ammo comes out cheaper somehow.

I was checking ammuntiontogo.com and they have some "cheap" brands I've never heard of; Aguila, Independence, Fiocchi. Anyone have any experience with these brands? I would hate to buy bulk ammo trying to save a few bucks only to find out its garbage.

Aguila and Fiocchi is high end stuff. I shoot Fiocchi for sporting clays when I can afford it.
