I have always seen AK's selling at the gun shows for around 400 and 450.

I just get blown away everytime I see someone selling a AK for 750 or 900 when the same gun can be bought new for about 400.

Can they ship ammo or does it have to go to someone with a license like guns do?

I am 99% sure they can ship ammo direct to you. I mean "they" in general, I don't know anything about this shop specifically.

Just find a gun store, most will be more than glad to take a 20-35 dollar fee to transfer the gun to you. I have done that several times now. In the End I save more money than hitting the gun shows or stores.

I have used them before for ammo. I think that they need a ammo waiver for was all. That or it was J&G sales. Both good companies.

Also they have the Romanian PSL or "Dragunov" SVD type rifles for 619 in stock. That is a really good value.

Always been interested because of the caliber, problem is just about all 7.62x54R ammo is corrosive - fine in a bolt action mosin, but not in a semi auto AK receiver.

I think if you get the 1980's ammo on up the corrosive properties comes from the primer which isn't so bad as if it was from the actual powder. But there is lots of good cheap ammo for 7.62x54R that is modern production that I know is cheaper than 30-06 and 303 British. I regret not picking up those when surplus was swimming all over the place.
