depends on how far you want to shoot
6.5 better if you really think you'll shoot 500 yrds plus and hit something
6.8 better if you don't want to handload and shoot 300 yrds or less like normal people. this ammo is getting cheaper too.

or better yet just go .308 if you can stand the bigger recievers
