Where did you get it?

Would that holster fit a LCP with the Crimson trace site? From the looks, it wont, just curious.

I'm not 100% sure about this holster but wallet holsters that can fire a gun inside them concealed are AOW items and putting gun and holster together is a NFA violation without the stamp

for the BS flags I know will come found a discussion about this very holster on firing line

Because this holster does not place the gun in a container, the ATF ruled this holster is exempt from the this law and is available to consumers without any additional registration, tax stamps, etc.
