Colt 22 AR

I was going to get one of these at this last gun show but i would like to try one first. Has anyone got their hands on and fired one of these? Great for practice..says Colt but I think it is actually made by Walther (good). For 500 dollars you can get a standard M4...

I heard they fucking blow and still need kinks worked out.

Most recommend just getting a .22LR conversion until they figure it out.

No no and no

dedicatec uppers have 1:11 1:12 twist barrel and don't lead up like the ciener kits on a 1:7 1:9 I have seen barrels that are a pain to clean after shooting a coupl houndred rounds of lead 22

If you are only using the 22 upper for 50 rds here and 30 rds there ceiner is great

500rds or 22 all the time get a dedicated upper CMMG and Spikes make a great upper I have the spikes and its excelent

I have a ciener kit, honestly I think running a brush down my bore a few more times is worth the 600 bucks.

Not bad at 100 yards to be honest, it's pretty accurate. That's about as far as I would ever need to go with a .22LR.
