Yes, another AR15

Picked this up today for my eldest son who is left handed.

A Stag 1L AR15 in .223/5.56mm

i've never heard much about stag arms...

i'm guessing they're actually worth a shit?

the MSRP isn't too bad.

Your son got a ar at 14 ... I think I got a bike from a pawn shop when i was that age. what a life.


Glad you could pick it up, I was surprised when I saw a store that had them in stock.

He shot my Bushmaster last year at the July 4th campout and loved it. He's asked for a lefty since then.

I like Stag...they have a lifetime warranty on their complete rifles...you just don't get that from everyone these days.

If you ever want to get him a precise LH bolt action rig, may I recommend a precision savage action. Throw a barrel, a stock, and a scope on it, and you're done.

Good to know. I'd really never thought of it, but after dropping almost a grand on this one, he can wait until he can buy it himself.

They already each have a Marlin Stainless 60, a Mossberg 20ga, and an AR.

That's more than I had as a kid.
