I called 8 walmarts this past sat and found that 2 had some left. unfortunately i was not the only one doing it. First stop was Walmart off loop 288 in Denton (10 boxes left when I called) when I got there someone had just bought all of them (was paying for them when I showed up). Second stop (which I should have stopped at first) had 25 boxes of blazer brass left and....of course when I get there there is someone else waiting but the ammo so I stay off to the side till an associate comes and unlocks it. Guy bought 21 boxes of it and turned around and told me I could have 4...nice guy.

These are the demands and sayings of Duncan.

I went to the wal-mart on I-20 & Great Southwest Pkwy yesterday. They had lots of blazer brass 9mm and .40. They were out of the .45 for $14.97 but they did have 100 rd boxes of ,45 in WWB for $29.97. I bought the only 4 boxes of it they had. I think the blazer brass was 8.97 for 9mm and 12.97 for .40.

Never wrap it up, never pull out. Just grind up the morning after pill in her scrambled eggs at sunrise, she'll appreciate that you made her breakfast.

I haven't seen any shortage of .40 caliber ammo up in this area (knock on wood)

I would be up for splitting some HP in either .40 S&W or .45 ACP.

Just got back from the Walmart in Oak Cliff off of Cockrell Hill Rd. and I-30. They had 3 more boxes of the Remington UMC 250 Round .40 S&W FMJ for $67.50 after I bought 1 box. Probably go by there again on Friday and buy another if they still have any. They had plenty of the 50 round WWB in a variety of calibers including (surprisingly) .357 Sig. Didn't bother to write down the prices though.

I did talk to the department manager questioning if they will stop selling ammo and he said that no they will not. He said some stores have stopped selling but that location has no plans to stop stocking ammo and the only reason they are so low has been availability. So hopefully that's true as it's pretty convenient for me to stop and by groceries and what not and pick up some ammo.

I'm to the point where its cheaper to order online. I mean if i want a 1000 rounds how many times with tax and i going to have to drive from wal-mart to wal-mart to find some shit.

What you might call solitude is something i look forward to.

He's probably full of it... I have talked to a couple stores and they just keep saying the same thing a lot of places are...the manufacturer cant keep up with the demand. People are raping walmart for 500-1000 rounds a piece...so they run out quick

Even working in Westlake (across from Trophy Club/114) Cabelas is still a 9 mile trip for me not to mention the hassle of going further out of my way and dealing with the traffic on the way home. Walmart just makes more sense for me since I'm in there every week or two. Hell I can park outside the automotive section, by a box or two of ammo, and be back to my car in under 10 minutes at the most.

What's the best deal on .40 S&W FMJ ammo at Cabelas? I'm talking at least 100 rounds.

The Wal-mart near me (Hulen, south of I-20 in FW) had 24 boxes of CCI Blazer Brass 9mm tonight so I bought 10. The guy behind me bought two.

Box of 50. That's why I like Winchester Rangers. They cost about as much as a box of 20 of the other brand name personal defense ammo.

C&G Wholesale has OUTSTANDING prices on ammo. They will sell ammo to anyone, you don't have to be a cop. All Hornady LE .223 is $12.99 for a box of 20. All Remington Golden Saber is $12.99 per box of 25. All Hornady LE 9mm and .45 is also $12.99 per box of 25. They also carry Speer Lawman ammo but I haven't bought any of it so I don't know the prices.

Walmart... It comes to $.25/rd for Blazer Brass

Everyone else wants $180/500 ($.30/rd) online. Even at 1000 rounds its $.28 (which is very close to Blazer at Walmart with tax). Other places charge shipping, so it is usually a wash.

I will be buying 10 boxes asap

Everyone else wants $180/500 ($.30/rd) online. Even at 1000 rounds its $.28 (which is very close to Blazer at Walmart with tax). Other places charge shipping, so it is usually a wash.

I will be buying 10 boxes asap

I dont think you can beat the Blazer Brass price... You guys post up how much you want, and IF I find it, I will buy it and we can meet up for it.
Being that close to in price, I'd probably prefer to buy local and pay taxes. Unless the deal was killer or something hard to find Walmart is hard to beat for handgun ammo. To bad they don't have good deals on .223 SP or HP

Well Good Lunch break, hit up the Walmart by my work...at Tollway/Park(I think). They just got their ammo in, only 7 boxes of 9MM & 2 Boxes of .40Cal Blazer's Brand. I bought all of it. Stuff is pretty cheap, for all 9 boxes I paid $95 total!

nowhere really. Ammunitiontogo.com is the best I have found at $295+shipping for 1000 or $149/500 + shipping.

The Walmart by my house sold out of 9mm already. The guy said they got 100 boxes the night before and sold out that day.

Walmart in Grapevine (Hwy26 and 114) has 2 boxes of Blazer .45ACP for $12.97/box fand 1 box of .40 Winchester White Box FMJ $17, and 1 box of .40 Winchester JHP for $22

Im going to start calling around today

9MM was $8.97 Box of 50
.40Cal was $12.97 Box of 50

They actually did have some .45Cal in stock, I don't know how much but she told me they had a few. I believe she had some more .40Cal as well but it wasn't Blazer.
This is the 2nd Walmart I've asked about shipments, they get shipments daily but they never know how much of anything they will get.
