Except for the grip safety, it shows zero wear. That's a damn good looking 1911.

Thanks man, there is a bit more wear on a few of the pins and under the slide stop but nothing i really care about. This thing is hands down the nicest 1911 i have ever had.

the grips are kinda pricey ... I want to put some thought into if i want to spend 100 bucks on a set of grips that look pretty or just buy gunners grips or something

Very nice gun but IMO to heavy for a carry gun but that's just me. I have a Kimber Customer Classic II but I won't carry it concealed because it's just not comfortable.

What did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking?

Eh i dont think im gonna mind the weight. its not too far off from what my USP weighs so it shouldnt be a problem with a decent belt.

PM sent on what i payed

I shot that gun a couple of weeks ago with AEA and was shocked at how accurate it really is. You will love the gun! I'm surprised he has sold it already. He has also done the guide rod swap for easier field stripping.

He gave me the GI parts to swap out, which i did as soon as i got home. Now to decide on a .45 carry ammo. I have it loaded with 200 grain Hornaday TAP p+ right now till i decide on something diffrent.
