Savage 110

I found one of these in 30-06 in a pawn shop and was thinking about picking it up.

What do you guys know about these?
Are they good rifles?
What should I look for/at during inspection?

They want 300$ for it and it has a scope and a black synthetic stock, is that reasonable?

Assuming the glass is usless tasco, bushnell, BSA or similar and the its a non-accutrigger model actually sounds just a little high but not terrible.

250 would be a fair price if what i described is accurate.

Sounds about right. I sold my Savage 110 30-06 with cheap glass for $300 to a guy off the board.
That thing kicked like a fucking mule, made shooting no fun....

I think the 110 is the least expensive Savage model.
Rumor was that the original price was a targeted $110.
