Xd(m)

Thinking about an xd(m), i've heard a few good things about them but also the "you'll only get 200 rounds through that". Accurate?

Also, whats a good price on one?

That thread addresses neither of the questions I pose.

I dont get the first question... Why would you only get 200 rounds through it? I have a regular XD and put 300 rounds through it the other day at the range with not a hiccup.

As far as accuracy, they are very reliable and accurate guns. Longer barrels are more accurate. Dont expect a perfect shot from a sub compact...

Just one of those things you hear. 200 rounds and then something breaks is what was implied I think.

Thanks for the real reply!

I have a .45 XD with thousands of rounds through it. How closely would you like to look at it?

I have 12,500 rounds through my first XD. My other ones have around 3,000. The newest one has just over 2,000. How many more till I get to 200 rounds?

Hell im prob around 1k in my xd9sc. Ive only had one ftf and it was when the g/f was shooting it. I've never had a issue. I would really like to put a new trigger on it. I hate the long pull after getting used to my kimber.

What you might call solitude is something i look forward to.
