I'd settle for the white square, those are pretty hard to come buy as well.

I see a tricked-out glock, but Neil, this thread still fails.

Give me a dollar.

I had a pair of high-cap mags for my G17, which were also so kindly permanerntly borrowed at the same time my Glock disappeared.

Actually if you probably had a $100k or so, you could by one of the 3 registered Glock conversions.

Why so damn expensive, 'cause you can't own one legally? Why aren't auto AR's that much?

Supply vs. demand. The GCA of 1968 prohibited the importation of anymore machine guns into the US for private purchase. The Glock 18 would have obviously only been imported after 1968. The FOPA of 86 made the manufacture of any machine guns in the US for private purchase illegal after M1y 19, 1986. Not many Glock conversion kits etc had been manufactured do to the low importation of standard Glock pistols at the time.

So there's only a rumored 3 conversion kits that can be had legally for private individuals.

You can legally own it if you are not a felon and can pass a NCIS phone call. All it takes is some paperwork and some money. I formed a family trust and am half way around the initial paperwork hassel.
