my new hog leg...

the cost of .357 sig ammo is too high...

that's how I justified it to the wife... she has no idea what it actually cost me, but I will say that I got a pretty damn good deal on it at the show this past weeend

I wanted a CDP or a Crimson, but to get a CDP set up like this would have cost me another few hundred.

It was just the right deal for me, and I certainly don't hate the black

Very nice Forrest, did you get a good deal on it and where did you buy it. I've only owned one .45 and that was a Ruger. I felt kinda of big in my hand and not very comfortable so I sold it. I'd like to own another one, just because a .45 is well....a .45

I just bought a new carry pistol at last months gun show. A Ruger .357 mag 2˝" snub nosed revolver. It's the most painful unpleasant gun I've ever shot, but it will do the job. Oh, and I got it for 330 bucks - lady did her math wrong and accidentally sold it to me for $100 too cheap.

I got it at the show, and I got a good deal on it (I try not to buy ANYTHING unless I get a deal on it )

I probably should have gotten the larger frame, but I've got a kink for small guns, and everybody I've talked with that has the Ultra Carry guns say they're very managable for a small 45

I've shot the Carry and the Ultra Carry and there's not much of a difference in the way the shoot and feel at all IMO. Enjoy it man, I've been slowly putting the cash away for one for a few months now.

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!
