Ar15 Chrome Lined Vs Non

I know that a chrome lined barrel will out last a non chromed lined, but how important is it really for just recreational shooting and varmint hunting? Do i really need a chrome lined barrel?

Basically, it's a harder lining than a non-chromed application and it's easier to clean, but there have been several complaints that it reduces accuracy because the barrel gets slightly overbored to compensate for the lining. If you're not shooting it often, then fuck it. If you shoot for longer range and accuracy, fuck it. I, personally, don't care for it. I think it's kinda like those people who pay extra for putting nitrogen in their tires, instead of regular air (which is 75-79% nitrogen anyway).
