HK usc greese gun mag conversion...

I've been thinking of picking up an HK USC .45 and wanted to know just a few things before I do. I simply can not leave the damn thing stock, it has the same problem the SL8 does in the fact that it will only hold 10 rnds. I have found a USC M3 lower that enables it to accept 30rnd greese gun mags. If this was the only part that I changed would it make this gun illegal? Sorry to ask and hopefully it's not a stupid question but all I ever really do to my guns is add acceories and mod trigers a bit.

It seems like I remember hearing someting about having to change a certain number of parts to make it legal.

If this is something that I should worry about please let me know, if not and it's easy then any info. would be appreciated.

I think you're talking about "compliance parts," meaning it has to have a certain number of US made parts on it to be legal. If the mags are made in the US, I'd be pissed if they didn't count!

Give me a dollar.

some people are like slinkies; they're completely useless, but still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
