Hott Wire foam cutter for Pelican Case

Does anyone have a hot foam wire cutter I could use to cut out my pelican case.Ihave seen to many jacked up ones and I dont want to spend the money to get one and only use it once. This would be very much appreciated.

I just used a razor blade and it came out pretty good. A buddy of mine uses a dremel and looks REALLY good, but stinks. You also have to use a fairly dense foam for the dremel.

Just regular foam right?

If so put a power source to a clothes hanger, (or some other thick metal) it'll heat up and you can go crazy. Remember to protect yourself from the shock, and heat.

I wonder if a curling iron would work.

You could use a blowtorch and heat the gun up real hot, lay it on some chef paper and cover it with same, close the lid and let it custom-fit itself in.

If we are talking about that foam like pool toys are made of, then a knife would work well. if its that other stuff then i don't know.
